i am a freelance artist who loves creating beautiful pieces of art for Commercial and Private commissions.
I love painting in oils on canvases and also using various mediums and techniques. like gouache, pastels, pencil, printing, silk painting.
my main inspiration are flowers, people and animals and i am never short of ideas.
i have created my own wallpaper and furnishing fabrics while i was at university by hand screen printing absolutely loved it.
my style can be illustrative and graphic but more recently very painterly.
artists who inspire me are Kim Parker for her vibrancy, sarah luggs for her hand crafted creations, claude monet for his beautiful play with light and soft colours plus many more.

i have a BA Hons Degree in Surface Pattern Design from Staffordshire University 2003.
