Good bicycle lighting is important for the safety of yourself and other road users. Unfortunately, the lighting of many bicycles is rather poor; the lighting is lacking or works only partly. Most lighting is damaged quickly.

For bike lighting no extra object is necessary, there is already space enough on the bike. This new bicycle light is integrated in the mudguard. This makes the lighting vandalism proof. The switch is safely put underneath, but eventually can be an integrated ‘touch-switch’. It’s equipped with two LED’s, which lifespan is approximately 11 years. It obtains it’s energy from a solar cell and a rechargeable battery.
