I previously worked in the Health Club industry for over 20 years – some retail sales & Personal Ttraining but mainly in Club operations culminating in becoming HR Director of LA Fitness plc for 5 years setting the department up from scratch. I resigned when we moved to rural Kent in order to renovate and refurbish what is now my home. We used an architect to help plan changes, I did all the sourcing, interior design work and project managed it – builders were on site for 10 months and during that time I started an Open Learning Diploma in Interior design with KLC School of Design (qualified in Nov 2008 with a Merit). I also run a high end very boutique quirky/funky B&B as a “professional hobby.” I also sing: jazz classics/soul, rock chick stuff….
