I have been making jewelry for about 15 years now. I have worked with polymer clay, gold, silver, PMC, precious and semi-precious stones. I paint with watercolors and acrylics. Plus some occasional floral arrangements, and interior design here and there. I haven't tried to sell any of my paintings. (I don't know if anyone would even buy them. Everyone's taste is different.) But I do paint special paintings for loved ones and give them away as gifts. My jewelry... well, when ever I made a piece I was either making for myself, or my mom. And whenever I did make a piece to try and sell, mom took it and kept it for herself. So much for that. So I started working in the jewelry business. First as an apprentice bench jeweler. But at the time I lived in a small town with only one master jeweler and there wasn't enough to keep us both busy. So I had to quit and find other (boring) work. But thank goodness I moved back to civilization and I am working with jewelry again! But this time in sales. Different, but it has lead me to what I think will be the perfect career choice. But I have to get schooling, certificates, etc. Hard work, but looking forward to it! Anyways, I hope to see allot of great works of art on here. And I hope people like my pieces too!
