Kado

Disciplines Products

Released 2007

Kado is a vase designed to realize Ikebana. It is a conceptual project: it joins nature (flowers) with human beings. Moreover, the two wooden vases are realized in different colors and woods to represent the Yin and the Yang.
The choice to use plastic and wood is due not only to the need to put water or soil in, but it's also a symbol. In fact, wood represents handicraft goods while plastic, because of the Morris texture represents industrial products.
Kado represents so the double realities.
