The project "S.O.H.O. Light" results from a long research that I did for my graduation thesis about home working and problems that ensue by artificial light. The long exposure to artificial light causes serious alterations to biological rhythm, and sleeping sickness. This lamp has 3 functions: to control and regulate artificial light, simulating sun light with changes of intensity and colour in daytime; to provide distraction between coloured light's stimuli (that permits to stop a minute for a rest, and to decrease stress' level) and finally, to create a sense of well-being with a coloured light that creates atmosphere.
