This Website is an online platform that allows registered users ("Community Members") to use certain interactive services as offered by Rado and as detailed in these Terms of Use and on this Website. Non-registered users of this Website (“Website Users”) are able to view, but not to use and participate in, such interactive services.

Use of this Website as Community Member requires registration and creation of a personal account providing certain user profile information as detailed in the registration process. Access by other Community Members and Website Users to your registration information will be limited to your first and last name, the username you indicate upon registration (or as modified during membership), as well as your member picture. None of your other personal data such your email address will be disclosed to other Community Members and/or Website Users (except if you disclose such data voluntarily).

When signing up as a Community Member, you will be required to choose a username and password to enter your personal account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the username, email address, or password of another member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify Rado immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

Radostar Services

The services offered by Rado to Community Members are as detailed on this Website. This may include, but is not limited to, services that allow Community Members to establish their online profiles (personal profiles including text and photographs), to upload images of their design works and/or links to videos of their design works as posted on any of the third party websites indicated on the Website, and to comment and otherwise communicate with other Community Members (emails, comments, forums, blogs etc.).

Services offered by Rado on this Website are for the personal use of Community Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Rado. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Community Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to this Website is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from user profiles without notice and may result in termination of user privileges.

All services offered by Rado to Community Members, such as personal profiles, images, linked videos and comments, may be viewed at any time by Website Users, without the Website Users being able to use, and to actively participate in such services.

User Content

Please be aware that whenever you post information on or through this Website (e.g. images, videos, information to journals, blogs, forums, guestbook, personal profiles, photographs), such information can be accessed by other Community Members and Website Users. Rado does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, works of authorship, or any other materials ("User Content") that you post on or through, or link with this Website. After posting your User Content on or through the Website, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such User Content, and you continue to have the right to use your User Content in any way you choose.
